He specializes in tax and business law, including tax optimization of investment processes and regular business operations. During his professional career to date, he was privileged to provide his professional services to one of the largest Korean banks on financing foreign projects and investments in Poland, managed the transfer of a production line of a plant of one of the leaders in power cable manufacturing to Poland and mentored an international team providing opinions on granting a credit line of EUR 100 million to a Dutch corporate group operating in the area of plastic packaging.
His labor law expertise is also widely appreciated. Creating intra-company organizational regulations and labor litigation are his other fortes. He also has experience in drafting and providing opinions on construction law contracts.

For years he has provided legal advisory services and representation to his Clients in litigation in both civil, arbitration and administrative courts and before public authorities.

He is fluent in English.
